Chris Souza and I had the pleasure of meeting with Ntirety recently. Below there is a brief description of their company's services that I got from their site:

Ntirety's Team of Remote Administration Experts remotely monitor and tune our clients Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server database environments, rapidly respond to down database situations, ensure a clients backup and recovery capabilities, prevent database outages and work directly with our clients staff and vendors to solve database issues.

In addition to providing a valuable service for their clients, Ntirety's CEO, Michael Corey runs a company blog that offers incredible insight into many areas realted to remote database administration. I encourage you to take a look at what he has to say over at the Ntirety Blog.

You may be wondering "What does Remote DBA have to do with NEDS?" Good question. At NEDS, we are always looking for ways to provide more value to our customers. Ntirety provides an invaluable service that fits in perfectly with our philosophy of providing high quality, expert level service in critical areas within organizations.

We are very excited about building our partnership with Ntirety and look forward to bringing the benefits of that partnership to our customers!

Brian,
I am the Ceo of Ntirety. I know my people were very impressed by your company. They made of point of stopping by my office. I want to thank you for the kind words. What was clear to my people was you have the same commitment we have of doing a quality job for our clients that exceeds their expectations.
Thank you again for the kind words.
Mike
Like you I am an avid blogger. I started a few months ago and enjoy being able to interact with my clients. Its funny most of them send me emails, instead of responding to the post. But the bottom line is we are communicating better. Do you find that the case. That they send you emails, instead of responding to the blog like I am.

Hi Mike,
Thank you for the kind words as well. We are very excited about building our relationship with Ntirety and I would echo the feelings you stated in your comments.
It's a funny thing about the blogging. We just implemented the blog in March when we launched the new website and have taken some steps to drive more traffic here. I have gotten a lot more emails than comments on the blog. I'm hoping it reverses a bit so others can see what is being discussed and hopefully benefit from it as well. But you are definitely correct in that at least it is establishing an even better line of communication.
